New Year, ____ Me

On this first day of 2018, I did the following:

1. woke up around 9:00 AM (and yes, I went to bed at 10:30 last night!)
2. lingered in bed for an hour or so
3. finally rose out of bed to make myself a breakfast (scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, both drowned in Tapatio hot sauce, which shares The Best Sauce Ever spot with Tabasco)
4. scrubbed-a-dub-dubbed dishes
5. watched h3h3productions and Ethan and Hila videos on YouTube
6. took out my Monopoly Deal cards and started a game with my sister and dad
7. took a break in between our card game to make some pasta salad for dinner later
8. lost the game to my dad
9. made a phone call and hung up feeling kind of dejected
10. sliced, seasoned, and sauteed some zucchini with my sister while our brother grilled chicken breasts
11. ate dinner and cleared the table
12. went into the living room to find my cat, Dude, all snuggled up on the couch
13. felt like I needed something warm to hold, and so put Dude on my chest and napped with him for a little
14. returned to my room and turned on my laptop to start a new blog
15. looked up LEON on Spotify and listened to her while compiling a useless list of what I've done so far this year
